Shipping Policy

3. International Shipping:


   - We ship internationally to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Shipping Restrictions:


   - Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations. We will notify you if any such restrictions apply to your order.

5. Delivery Issues:


   - In the event of delivery issues or delays beyond our control, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Return & Exchange Policy

1.Returns:


   - We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bloom Thirty-One. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, excluding shipping costs.
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

2. Exchanges:


   - If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
   - Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit for the returned item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:


   - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect for quality control purposes.

4. Non-Returnable Items:


   - Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (e.g., fresh flowers) and personalized/customized items. Additionally, gift cards and sale/clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Refunds:


   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
